These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") stipulate the general rights
and conditions that apply to the provision of online training, certifications and
accompanying training material ("Training") provided to You (the "Participant") by
IceWarp Services s.r.o. ("We", the "Provider") against Your purchase of the selected
IceWarp Certification Program course. By registering for or accessing any Training, you
agree to these Terms and Conditions.
The Training is intended for verified IceWarp partners and resellers so that they can be
placed in a higher tier of the partner program, and thus enjoy its advantages and
benefits.
Each registration is personal and non-transferable. Sharing access credentials is
prohibited. Your access will be suspended if we detect misuse or unauthorized sharing.
The Training fee is 500 € / 580 $ per person, payable in full before access is granted.
The fee includes:
All payments are non-refundable, including in cases of no-show or withdrawal.
The Participant must choose a kick-off call time from the available options.
The Participant must attend the session on time with proper equipment (working
microphone, camera, and internet).
Missing a scheduled kick-off call without prior notice (minimum 24 hours) will result in
forfeiting the slot. A new session may be rescheduled once upon written request
(subject to availability).
Repeated no-shows may lead to disqualification from the program with no refund.
The Participant must schedule their certification call via the booking appointment link
send to the Participant in an email after the kick off session.
Certification calls are 1:1, recorded, and simulate a real sales opportunity.
The Participant must:

The Participant will receive a pass/fail result along with feedback after the certification
call.
Up to two attempts are allowed within the original fee. For another Training fee, the
Participant can purchase two more attempts.
Certification is valid for 24 months from the date of passing. Then it is necessary to get
re-certified.
Access to the training portal is granted after the kick-off call.
The Participant is expected to:
We reserve the right to revoke access in cases of misuse, at our reasonable discretion.
We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By enrolling, you agree that we may use your contact details to deliver the Training and
related updates. You further acknowledge that video recording may take place as
described below.
All certification calls are recorded for internal evaluation purposes and verification of
results. Recordings remain confidential to IceWarp and its authorized instructors and
are not shared publicly or with any third parties without Your prior consent. Recordings
are securely deleted after evaluation or within 3 months at the latest.
We reserve the right to:
All content, including videos, presentations, recordings, and documents, remains the
intellectual property of IceWarp or its respective affiliates, licensors or contributors. You
may view and download materials for personal learning only. You receive no ownership
or license to reuse or distribute the materials.
We aim to provide high-quality and accurate learning materials, but make no guarantees
as to specific outcomes or results. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to
the amount paid by the Participant.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
